Jeanne Kilichowski is SDA's resident technician. When it comes to computers, she can fix just about anything! If you live within a reasonable distance from Ferndale, she will come to your computer to take a look. If you're far away, she will help you over the phone if it's possible. Right now she only works on PCs, but Macs are coming at some point down the road.

After 2 years of schooling, Jeanne became an A+ Certified PC Tech. Now, after another year or so of actually doing the work, we can call her a bona fide "tech." She has performed miracles when other techs have thrown up their hands in resignation!

She will never try to dazzle you with jargon, or talk over your head when discussing your problems. She wants you to know what's going on, so you can take better care of your machine and maybe even do a little "teching" of your own when the time is right. She WANTS you to become more educated, if that's what you want. There are no huge secrets here and her job is secure enough. She can share what she knows and will do so gladly.
